You don't need to travel to the Caribbean to get your hands on these magnificent knives. This versatile knife set is available at La Miellerie Emporium and is perfect for meals and food preparation.

A luxury knife at an affordable price, the Chien knife is an excellent companion in your kitchen.

Renaissance blade knife with ABS handle and 12 cm blade.

This has been the standard knife in the French Overseas Territories for over 100 years.

Originally created by SABATIER PERE ET FILS, it was later taken over by France EXPORTATION, a former cutlery company dating back to 1793.

It was n manufactured by Thiers-Issard until 1980, when France EXPORTATION closed.

Since 1980, this brand has been owned by Thiers-Issard and is still manufactured entirely in Thiers by Thiers-Issard SNETI SAS.

This legendary knife is highly prized in overseas France. Outside of mainland France, it is said that this knife must be present in every family. The  COUTEAU CHIEN® knife is "the ultimate wedding gift." It is a traditional and symbolic knife for a wedding, as it is widely used in the kitchen for cutting herbs as well as a table knife.

A sauce even takes its name from this knife, "la sauce chien." The herbs in this recipe, onions, garlic, and parsley, are prepared with this knife.

The Renaissance-shaped blade is made of Z40 C13 stainless steel and the handle is made of polypropylene.

It was often made with a hollow metal handle, but the handle was changed for convenience to a more user-friendly material.

The model with the polypropylene handle, which sells over 50,000 copies per year, is the most popular.

The metal-stamped signature (the silhouette of the dog knife affixed before tempering) remains the same as it has been for over 100 years.
